ABM were engaged to supply a design, and then build a loft conversion to a home in Horsham West Sussex. The brief was to create a modern and contemporary bedroom to allow the clients to retreat to.

The development included a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and built in cupboards to the underside of the roofline to allow maximum storage. This in turn allowed the room to remain open plan and uncluttered.

The external roofline was altered, utilising a hip to gable dormer on the rear elevation to provide a full width dormer window.
