ABM were called to the Miles household in East Sussex and asked if we could build a modern style open plan conversion. The brief was to create a kitchen, bedroom and en-suite facility that was self contained for thier teenage son to use when he left university.

The loft didn't lend itself to the requested specification but with some careful designing and careful liason with the local Council to gain approval the conversion was a success.

The Miles family are delighted with the finished result and have commented on the high quality of workmanship and the management of the project. Now thier son has left home they are renting out the self contained conversion.
